ORA-10665: Inject Evil Literals

Cause : Event 10665 is set to some number > 0, causing 1/(value-1) of all literals to be replaced by 2000 letter 'A's. A value of 1 does not corrupt anything.

    Well, the reason for above error is that i have taken the above script from a 11g database and running it on 10g database. 11g has bring some changes in password management. Below code is executed on 11g and user created successfully, which is expected result.
