ORA-19631: archivelog record contains no file name

Cause : This archivelog record represents a switch into an active log that took place without archiving its prior contents. The prior contents of the log file are lost.

Action - How to fix it : DBA Scripts :: www.high-oracle.com/scripts

Specify the recid of an archivelog record that contains a file name. Fixed view v$archived_log can be used to examine the archived logs.

    Well, the reason for above error is that i have taken the above script from a 11g database and running it on 10g database. 11g has bring some changes in password management. Below code is executed on 11g and user created successfully, which is expected result.
