ORA-19686: SPFILE not restored due to string

Cause : The indicated file could not be restored, because some of its data blocks were not found in the backup piece.

Unless the damage to the backup set can be repaired, the SPFILE cannot be restored from this backup set.

    Well, the reason for above error is that i have taken the above script from a 11g database and running it on 10g database. 11g has bring some changes in password management. Below code is executed on 11g and user created successfully, which is expected result.
